Peanut Butter Popcorn

8 cups popcorn -- popped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Pop corn and set aside. Place sugar and corn syrup in a heavy sauce pan. Cook to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir mixture until blended and creamy looking. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat. Allow to cool, then serve.
