Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs
A perfect kid-friendly dessert for the spring and summer months. 

12 medium strawberries
12 donut holes
(6) 8-inch bamboo skewers
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter

On each skewer, alternately thread 2 strawberries and 2 donut holes. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter until blended well. Place kabobs on a plate or platter and drizzle chocolate over the strawberries and donut holes. Refrigerate until set.
