KID FOOD

One of my favorite places in the whole house is the kitchen, and I have two of the sweetest kitchen helpers you could ever meet, my daughters, Emily and Alicia.  It is thanks to their interest and budding love of cooking that I decided to create this page.  There are so many skills that can be enhanced by helping in the kitchen besides the obvious one of learning to cook.  Cooking helps kids develop their math skills, build strength and coordination in their hands and arms, learn organization and most of all, they learn that cooking can be fun.
