Jell-O Hearts
A versatile Jell-O cut-out recipe.  Could substitute green Jell-O and a shamrock cookie cutter for St. Patrick's Day or purple and orange Jell-O together to make black for Halloween.

2 -6 oz packages red Jell-O
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup milk -- cold
1 -3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling

In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve gelatin in water, set aside for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding until smooth, about 1 minute. Quickly pour into gelatin, whisk until well blended. Pour into oiled 9x13-inch baking dish. Chill until set. Cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter.
