Pizza Cups
Fun, little pizzas that are perfect for a lunchtime treat. I've seen this recipe on the internet and most recently in the July/August 99 issue of Quick Cooking.  Here's my version.  

1 -7 1/2 oz can refrigerated biscuits
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
10 slices Canadian bacon or pepperoni
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil spray. Place 1 biscuit in each cup and flatten biscuit across bottom and sides of cup. Place about 1 teaspoon of sauce in each biscuit and top each with a slice of Canadian bacon or pepperoni. Place about a tablespoon of cheese on each pizza and bake at 425 degree for about 10-15 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
