Lime Jell-O Surprise
I found this kid pleasing recipe on one of the recipe boards on Mom's Online.   

1 large box lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 -8 oz package cream cheese
1 -15 oz can fruit cocktail (undrained)

Put Jell-O into a bowl and add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour Jell-O into a blender and add cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour in fruit cocktail with juice and stir. Pour into a 9x9 inch glass dish and chill for 2 hours.

Note:  Also works well with orange Jell-O and mandarin oranges, or with any other Jell-O and fruit flavor of your choice.
